is a joint Chinese-Belarusian project that collaborates with the province of Jiangxi (江 西 省) of the People’s Republic of China, known for its mining and engineering enterprises. We combine the advanced technologies of the People’s Republic of China and the high quality of the Republic of Belarus to create modern, efficient, reliable and high-quality equipment.

embodies the spirit of Chinese culture and ancient wisdom.The letter "U" in our name is the Chinese character 优 yōu, which means «superior», «outstanding», «best». The abbreviation "NI" symbolizes our desire for novelty and innovation to always be one step ahead. "SHOP" in our name symbolizes the desire to create unique and unparalleled solutions that will help our clients achieve their goals.

is a profitable company with a renowned reputation both domestically and internationally, engaged in the production, enrichment (processing), and sale of coal. It produces over 1.5 million tons of sorted coal, including cube, nut, beans, fine I, and fine II. The company comprises six organizational units: two production plants "Surface coal mining" and "Underground coal mining", "Railway transport", "Separation", "Standards and services", and "Management".

RITE Gacko (Rudnik i Termoelektrana Gacko)
is a well-known company registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, primarily engaged in coal mining.
The Gacko coal basin is located in the northeastern part of Herzegovina, covering an extensive area of approximately 40 square kilometers at an altitude of around 940 meters.

RMU "KaKanj" d.o.o. KaKanj"
is a commercial enterprise and one of the production and business structures of the JP "Elektroprivreda BiH" D.D. Sarajevo group. The EPBiH group, as a form of communication between commercial enterprises, was established in November 2009 by a contract between JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo and seven coal mines of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including RMU "KaKanj" d.o.o. KaKanj.
Coal is extracted from both surface and underground facilities. The surface mine "Vrtlište" has a production capacity of up to 800,000 tons per year, while the underground mine "Haljinici" has a capacity of up to 400,000 tons. The current capacity allows for the production of approximately 1,000,000 tons of coal per year.
